Is Creso Prep free?

Which exam should I take, V-A or V-D?

V-A is the long-standing certification for distributing mutual funds. V-D covers the distribution of both mutual funds and Specialized Investment Fund products, and adds equity and interest-rate derivatives. That makes it the bigger exam: 150 questions instead of 100, a 60% pass mark instead of 50%, and negative marking. Which one you need depends on what you intend to sell.

Do I need an ARN to start?

No. You do not need an ARN to prepare, and you do not need one to use this site. The ARN comes after you pass.

How long does it take to prepare?

Most people spend two to four weeks on V-A. V-D is roughly half again as much material, so allow longer. Working through one chapter a day, then sitting a few timed mocks, is a common pattern.

How many mock tests can I take?

You can take the full mock exams as many times as you like, and retry any chapter or practice set. Your best score is kept on your progress page.

Do the questions match the current syllabus?

Yes. Questions are mapped to the chapters of the current workbook for each exam, and each mock is weighted to match the official chapter weightage.
